What's your turnaround time?

Turnaround is usually 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size and my current waiting list. If you have an urgent deadline (like a birthday), let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Can I have more than one pet in a portrait?

Yes, absolutely! I can include multiple pets in one portrait. Just mention it when you enquire and I’ll advise on the best size and layout, plus provide a custom quote if needed.

Do you ship internationally?

I ship worldwide! I will provide an estimated shipping quote during our initial consultation, and the final balance will be settled before posting.

Can I see progress or request changes?

Of course! I send a photo of the finished portrait before posting. Small edits are included & I offer up to two revision rounds to make sure you’re 100% happy.

How do I pay?

A 25% deposit secures your spot. Once your portrait is approved, the remaining balance and shipping cost are paid before delivery.

I also offer flexible payments so that you can split the cost over several months. Just ask for more details!

Can I give this as a gift?

Absolutely! Portraits make lovely, personal gifts. I can include a handwritten note or post it directly to the recipient - just let me know at checkout.

Do you offer framing options?

Currently, I provide unframed portraits to allow you the flexibility to choose a frame that best suits your decor.

However, I'm happy to offer guidance on framing choices to complement your artwork.

Can you create portraits of pets other than cats and dogs?

Absolutely! I'm experienced in drawing a variety of animals, including horses, birds, and more. Feel free to reach out with your specific request.

What if I don't have a high-quality photo of my pet?

High-quality photos help in capturing your pet's likeness accurately.

If you're unsure about your photos, send them over, and I'll assess their suitability or provide tips for taking better shots.​

Can you incorporate specific background elements or themes?

Certainly! If you have a particular background or theme in mind, let me know during the consultation, and we can discuss how to incorporate it into your portrait.​
