If you’ve been walking around Glasgow lately, you can definitely feel that crisp winter chill settling in, and behind the scenes here in the studio, things are officially feeling very festive!
Every year, hand-drawing custom pet portraits for Christmas morning is one of my absolute favourite things to do. There’s something so special about capturing the unique personality, expression, and little quirks of your pets. Whether it’s a mischievous pup, a cozy cat, or a much-loved companion, knowing it’ll be unwrapped on Christmas day is so exciting as an artist!
If you’ve read my post on The Beauty of Slow Gifting, you’ll know how much I love thoughtful, meaningful gifts that stand the test of time.
Why Book Early?
Because each portrait is custom hand-drawn with pastels, I can only take on a strictly limited number of commissions each holiday season to make sure every single piece gets the care, time, and detail it deserves.
To ensure all artwork is safely finished and shipped well ahead of the big day, my Christmas commission books are down to their final few slots.
Wondering how it works or worried about budget? Let's make it easy:
> How to book: Just message me your favourite photos and the size you’d like to secure your spot with a 25% non-refundable deposit.
> Flexible payment: Planning for Christmas can stretch the budget, so you are welcome to split the cost across this month and next (your drawing will simply be shipped out once it's fully paid off).

"I commissioned Hannah to do a portrait of my friends’ pet for Christmas. I was delighted with the result and so were they.
Hannah took time to talk me through her processes and discuss her different price points.
I can’t recommend Hannah highly enough. If you’re looking for a pet portrait - Hannah’s your gal!"
