🕒 Processing Times
All non-custom items (e.g. bookmarks, coasters, cards) are dispatched within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
Custom pet portraits (if applicable) may have longer lead times, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been shipped. Tracking is provided if selected at checkout.
🌍 International Shipping

Please note that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
📬 Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method selected. I do my best to keep shipping affordable while ensuring items arrive safely.
Free UK shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount – check banner announcements or promos.

Once your order is handed over to the postal service, I can't control delivery delays, but I’ll always do my best to help.

All items are packaged with care using recyclable or eco-conscious materials wherever possible. If you’re ordering a gift, let me know – I’m happy to include a handwritten note at no extra cost.
